go to Arduino forum and ask them how to do it...I have microchip mcu's + some test boards also from them ,and the guys from microchip forums help me a lot. Here i dont think you will find an answer to something beyond c#...(or who knows?but i doubt it).
BTW here I only ask c# related questions and no more than that. As a suggestion, try to adapt your questions related to mcu's and convert them to c# language. A sport of mind in some way...success.
